dark pathway

poor pressure

the room was located in a dark cramped pathway, quite the welcome to a supposed beautiful hotel. the shower had poor pressure, not exactly luxury. i expected at least a simple room change after such inconveniences, but apparently, just being a guest isn’t enough to earn some consideration here. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

A Comfortable Stay for Families

We enjoyed our two-night stay in a spacious family room. The pool area is fantastic for kids, and the on-site restaurant served delightful meals. Just a tip, consider bringing your own light for the room as it can feel a bit dim. a pleasant experience!

Had a blast with my friends exploring the stunning Whitsunday Islands and the lush, native rainforest. The motel was in a great spot for the fantastic beaches, perfect for fishing and water sports. The staff were super friendly, and the room was tidy and spacious, fitting for our group. The restaurant on-site made things convenient too.

Unfortunately, one downside was that the mattress in the room could use an upgrade. it wasn't the most comfortable for sleeping.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive during our three-night stay. We found the pool area fantastic for kids, providing hours of fun and relaxation. The convenient on-site restaurant served delicious meals, making dining easy and enjoyable. the location was perfect for exploring local coffee shops and attractions, allowing us to get around town effortlessly.

Though the family room accommodated us well, it felt slightly cramped compared to our expectations.

The family room was spacious enough for our large crew. Check-in was easy and they were kind enough to let us stay a bit longer without extra charges. It was close to some lovely beaches, perfect for fun family days out, and we even brought our dog along!

For dads, it would be great if there were more outdoor activities for kids.

I enjoyed the comfortable and cozy family room with decent beds, though it wasn’t quite as spacious as the photos suggested. The on-site restaurant had good food, enhancing our stay! I’d definitely return.
